User Types

Four user types are available with the OTEC platform.

  • Unlimited / Business Mobility User with unlimited local / long distance calling*, Rainbow Business mobile/softphone/collaboration app, DID number, E911 services, voice mailbox and access to the full OTEC telephony feature set.
  • Business Mobility User with 500 minutes local/long distance calling per month, Rainbow Business mobile/softphone/collaboration app, DID number, E911 services, voice mailbox and access to the full OTEC telephony feature set.
  • Office User with 500 minutes local/long distance calling per month, DID number, E911 services, voice mailbox and access to the full OTEC telephony feature set.
  • Courtesy User with 200 minutes local/long distance calling per month, DID number, E911 services, and access to the full OTEC telephony feature set.
